WHY Yoga ?

My first exposure to yoga was through my grandmother at the age of 16. Little did I know then, that I would fall head over heels for it as I reached my 20's.

I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Bio-Engineering and a Master's degree in Neuroscience with an internship at National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS). Throughout academics, the mind-body connection has fascinated me the most, leading me to pursue a Master's degree in Yoga.

My horizon has expanded tremendously over the past 2 years since I started 'Bairaviyoga'. My teacher Mrs.Suganthi Bharathi and my family are instrumental in this journey.

YOGA IS Self-love

My early stages include numerous hours of Hatha yoga practice. Over the years, my practice grew to multiple times a week. My sense of what best suits me and what doesn't started to become more distinct which in turn shifted my wellbeing towards the positive side.

As I explored the various styles of yoga, I found that a flexible approach spread across the different styles is beneficial to achieve our goals.

My sessions include breath, posture and flows that are aligned towards the anatomy and goals of my students.

YOGA IS FOR Every Body

During my time at Voluntary Health Services (VHS) hospital, I achieved evident improvements in patients with spinal deformities, joint disorders and insomnia. This increased my commitment to yoga even more and led me to explore and customize yoga for each and every body.

I combine my love for movement and stability with an ever evolving set of tools to provide you the best possible routine to achieve your goals.
